F.A.Q.

Q: What are the main differences between the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Service Package?

Bronze Service
Focuses on functional adjustments (braking, shifting) and quick cleaning & lubrication, suitable for routine maintenance.

Silver Service

Q: Do you offer a bike pick-up and drop-off service?

A: Yes, we do. We offer a paid pick-up and drop-off service, which is limited to designated areas. The fee will be calculated based on the distance between your location and our shop.

Q: Is an appointment necessary for service?

A: We highly recommend making an appointment. This ensures your service slot is reserved and minimizes waiting time. We do accept walk-ins/drop-offs, but your bike will typically need to be left with us, you will be notified as soon as the service is completed for collection.

Q: Can I guarantee same-day pick-up for my service?

A: Same-day pick-up requires prior booking. You must drop off your bike when we open in the morning, and it can usually be collected in the afternoon. However, same-day collection cannot be guaranteed if our technician identifies any parts needing replacement that are not currently in stock.

Q: What are the terms of the Service Warranty?

A: Your shifting and braking adjustments are covered by a 2-week warranty period following collection. If your bike experiences any roughness or unusual noise related to these adjustments within the warranty period, you may return the bike, and we will inspect and resolve the issue free of charge (provided the issue was not caused by misuse or accident).

Q: How often should I have my bicycle serviced?
